Only one complain: I was kept up until 3am second night and some more loud younger pepole( there for a Game ??) My ? would be? why would they be put right next door and across also down hall from me( older) I had 4 days` to visit my son and had very little sleep. I told the joung lady ( at desk) on checking out, I did not complain as I would not have wanted to move at 2.30 or more in the morning. This is just a suggestion for futer, I lkie to stay there , have before and will again, hopefully not at a game time. Thank you for asking. Regard`s Jo-Anne Whalley ( Ontario).

Good choice for exploring Regina. Reliable hotel in a nice area, close to restaurants and a casino. Cool room. Courteous, accommodating staff towards all guests. Very central location, within walking distance of Casino Regina Show Lounge. Attached restaurant with warm cuisine.
Dusty room.

There were three pillows per bed. Staff was friendly and courteous. Nice to see security guys in and outside of the hotel.
The room across from ours had a lot of foot traffic, in and out of their room, loud talking, swearing, doors banging shut every 5-10 minutes from 10:30pm to 1:30 am. I was very tired after a 9 hour drive, was able to sleep for 4 hours, went to a confrence, then drove in the evening for another 4 hours. I was very tired through this whole experience, so I wasn't able to enjoy the confrence I attended. And at 5:30 am the morning alarm went off next door and woke us up. Also, when I sat down on the toilet to relieve myself, I nearly fell off !! The toilet was tilted. It looked like someone heavy had sat on it and the tiles on one side of the toilet were broken and it was sinking into the floor on the one side...scary!

The lobby looked nice, the front desk staff was friendly, the coffee tasted good at 5:00 AM.
The room was designated "non-smoking" - however, the room smelled stale, like old tobacco smoke in the paint and furnishings. I found someone else's used wash cloth in the bathroom over the shower rod - I guess the cleaner had missed it. There was a little pile of hair and dirt between the tub and toilet, again probably had been hidden by the folded/opened shower curtain. The room heater/cooler looked ancient and painted over. I didn't want to try to operate it. I opened the window and noticed there was a big loud fan outside. The window sill was full of corrosion and dust.

The location of this Hotel was perfect for our purpose in the city. We were there for a wedding, and we were close to both the Ceremony spot and the Reception spot.
I would not say I had any "complaints" but I was not overly impressed with this Hotel either. It was definately nothing to write home about.

good morning, .the pillows were fabulous..
i was not happy with the parking at your hotel, i really didn`t want to park on the street where there were ``NO PARKING `` signs, luckly our car was still there in the morning. we were told to go and park at the hotel across the street in their parking lot..whats up with that..

The door to my room seemed paper thin. I heard everything going on in the hallway, including the kids that where screaming and slamming doors at 2, 3, 4 in the morning.
